What do you train, witch positions, are your players young? And an trainer lvl 4 is bit low, get at last lvl 5 if you have some trainies.

I've had level 4 since I started and am doing just fine. Now in div.II I might get a level 5 with a great 18 year old next year if the price is right. No need for level 5 with my current trainees with their ages.

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

Maybe you can try to train them just on 1 position (you can train your 3 best trainies on that way).

Lvl 4 trainer is not the problem. If you're training bigs, I assume you're training Carpieiro and Senneville, the 20 and 22 year olds. That makes training a bit slower, but you should still get pops. 2 position training is indeed slower than 1 position training, but they should still pop. Are they getting enough minutes at the required positions? (I guess so, but you can check). What are your expectations? Maybe you should look up the training speed topic ((78242.1) and see what you can expect.

As Kumiko wrote level 4 should be enough
I have level 5 and don't notice that much difference
Only things worth 2 position training is JS-RB and 1 on 1
otherwise you're slowing your best young guys
BTW - Best 2 position training for what is normally a 1 position is JR

I agree with this for the most part, but I've noticed a couple training different training calculators which show PG-SG passing just slightly slower than PG passing, I was thinking about doing the PG-SG passing as I am not training a PG and I figure my team would benefit from 4/5 players getting training. I am focusing my training on one guy and I want to make the most of each training session. Maybe i am wrong, I am still figuring out training.

If you're using the Training Simulator by Rhyminsimon, that's because the coefficents for PA (PG/SG) weren't correct yet. I found out the same and contacted Rhyminsimon and he acknowledged it. PA (PG) is significantly faster.

Thanks, I have been training big man skills and that training simulator has worked pretty well. I'm glad I caught this thread, I have a decision to make now as I probable only need about 6-7 training weeks to get to 10 PA for my SF trainee. If I go two position I may "lose" a couple training weeks. I'd really like to get the extra training, I've got some younger (21,22) secondary trainees that I bought specifically to improve them through the few decent two position trainings.
