Well first off no one but yo can see their skills unless you copy paste them on here so I can't help you much. Also player transfer price discussions aren't really allowed in the forums so a GM will probably tell you that you cannot talk about it. I just suggest looking on the transfer list for similar players and see what other managers are selling them for. Also if you want you can bbmail me their skills and I can give you my personal opinion. As for how good they can get, pretty decent. Nothing amazing but both could be solid players (especially the 18 year old although i cannot know for sure without seeing his skills). The only problem for you is people hate buying 19 year olds of the transfer list because there are so many 18 year olds, so i doubt he will sell for anything right now. Therefore i would train him and I'd even keep the 18 year old as well.

I don't know exact numbers, but I'm guessing the 2nd guy is worth good money since he has high salary and is listed as SF, which usually means many skills for his (already high) salary. But, without knowing the exact skills it's hard to say.

Depending on your training abilities and plan, I think selling in 2 weeks would bring in most money. Try to get a good skill to pop to Strong, and because most trainees are sold in the first weeks, a bidding war on your player is more likely after 2 weeks.

The 1st guy won't get you any money right away I think, low salary and 19 year old. However if you can train him you could haul in some money. I managed to buy players below 10k and sold them for close to 100k before the end of the season.
