This one's easy to explain; your team was the only team to have anything resembling an offence and this resulted in you scoring more points than your opponent.

Here's a game from season 21 that stumped me (49564735). I played RNG and FCP (2 very crummy tactics) in an attempt to tank and judging by all post-game ratings (team ratings, matchup ratings and player ratings) you would've expected The Moteye to clean my clock. But they didn't... because the Full Court Press actually decided to work for once and generated 30 turnovers.

You had a guard with more ft made than other team attempted practically. And played on same enthusiasm.

The flow and blocks were my teams only advantages

And outside shooting but it was lower than their OD still

True, but I played an outside tactic that really shouldn't have been able to draw all those fouls in the first place.

And I think you missed the point I was trying to make about your game; sure, your offence was weak, but it was a lot better than no offence at all, which is what your opponent had and was the reason you won the game.

Right, your opponent probably never filled in a depth chart, and so used a blank lineup, with the 'strictly follow' substitutions setting.

That caused a PF and C to play PG, which drove his offensive flow to pitiful. Generally even modest steps in flow lead to big effects on offense, given that assisted shots are converted a much higher rates than unassisted attempts.

It didn't help that he had a guard at PF as well.

He couldn't capitalize on your weakened interior presence because of his bad rebounding. Also your 3-2 offense created a pressure on his PG and SG, forcing 14 turnovers and hampering their offensive flow, limiting them to 19 assists.

Normally 3-2 doesn't work that good unless a team has weaknesses in off. flow and rebounding, which your opponent did. You chose the best possible defense. Oh, and of course you had HCA.

I have a question about my own match:(53104879)

How is it possible I won only by 12? I played at home with higher effort, had better game shape and he played a 18k SF on SG spot. Plus all my match ratings are better....

:) I lost this game!!
Ok. You say that my weekness were off. flow. I think these two (10637186) , (12098904) should be at this level to run offence. Also his ID was too low to stop my players inside. It's all a bit confusing, thats all

Ups sorry, didn't pay attention so closely to the result. I thought we are posting just the games we won here

Well I don't know what to tell you...I'd have to see the skills of the players, but maybe it was just the enthusiasm difference (if there was any).
