Salut :)

1) I worked three seasons for my country and not progressing. There's too much disagreement on how to play and train young players. There's also too many people and so I took the initiative to help another team. I love this challenge because England is a pretty big country in size but small in community BB. But I think it is possible to encourage people to train for their country and come to compete with mondial teams.

2) I think I have contact with the manager of interesting players and make them aware of the importance of the train or sell them if they did not care. I can also tell my many contact in France to buy and train young English players.

Then, if I'm not elected would you accept my help to work for English team ?

Une autre question pour toi Morwood (il faut bien débattre, personne ne pose de questions dans la communauté)

Pour la saison à venir que pense tu du calendrier ? Pense tu pouvoir terminer dans les 4 premiers du groupe ?

######

An other question for you Morwood (we can discuss, no questions asked in the community)

For this season, what did you think about schedule ? Do you think you can finish in the top four of this group ?

Ok good I think you have a good vision of opponents.

If you win the election, I can help you with scouting of opponents (my job during 3 seasons with french team) and I can scout PG/SG. I train outside players since season 18. I send an Egyptian player to U21 in season 21.
Actually I train 2 french outside players, and I buy recently a SF because it's too expensive buy this player :)

If I beat you, I want you to work with me of course ! ;)

Je préfère poster en Anglais pour que la communauté puisse suivre nos discussions ;)

Hum,

I can't answer I dont know players skills. But to talk about skills, I like good OD (14) for PG/SG with a lot of passing (11-12) and a good handling/driving combo (13-14).

For PF/C, of course a solid IS, ID, REB (13 for each minimum) but I like good passing (7-8) and handling/driving (8-9).

It's hard to have an all-around SF but I like this type of player : OD/ID (11-12 for each) with a lot of handling/driving (12) with passing and rebounding (8-9 for each) but It's hard to have all of this skills in U21 team...

Morwood what you think about SF for U21 team ? And with new game engine what you think about blocking for PF/C ?

Ok, yeah it's good to have passing at all positions. It's help player in many situation.
It's important to have different player with a big rebound or one with very good IS...

For me, blocking is an important skill. Many coach dont look this skill but with 10 blocks for a team in a game it's 20pts lose for opponent. I like having blocking at PG/SG too. In my team I have a PG with 7 blocking skill and he blocked 2,9 shoots last season !

Yeah come on other candidates :)

PS : To show that I want to get involved in your country, even if I am not elected, I bought a player a while ago that I intend to form and became U21 in 3 season ;)
