All players will take FT's.
It is the person who is fouled (unless injured in the play) that steps up to attempt them.

mhh what about technical fouls? I think they exst in this case, the system takes the strongest free throw shooter or a random player?

from what i've seen the game takes the strongest free throw shooter on the court. i could be wrong, but that's what i've seen in my games.
