At the server peak hours more users are online which means that not only are there more potential buyers but also more managers who list their players at that time. Therefore, at those peak hours your players have to compete with other players and the price of the player isn't affected of the time he's listed. If everyone start listing their players during the peak hours then the prices of those players will go down and the ones listed on not so popular hours will go up. For the same reason I think autobidding is pointless and I don't like either of those suggestions. Unless, of course, you're looking for a player who is so unique that you can't find a player with a similar skillset at a time that suits you. But then you can make a big bid on him and hope no-one will outbid you.
Point is, there are no "good" and "bad" times to list a player. The amount of buyers and sellers always even eachother out.
