I wanted to search in the suggestion forum if in 25 seasons some proposal has been written but...

Something went wrong with your request. The error has automatically been logged and reported to BuzzerBeater developers. Some errors go away when you hit the back button and try again. If you continue to get an error, you can post about it in the bugs forum.
On the new site, the most common reason for this error is because you were trying to access a page that assumed you were logged in when in fact you were not (probably becuase your session timed out). So simply logging in and trying again might solve your problem. We are working on fixing this more elegantly.

I really like the draft system in BB.

Wow this is the first time I hear it. Glad to see someone has the courage to say it out loud, you're pleased with very little things.
Honestly, this draft system is utterly garbage, I can't even imagine people enjoying it.
People spending 200-250k drafting benchers vs people spending 0k drafting MVPs. Series where you don't find any 9+ potential vs series where you find two 10 potentials. People drafted at the 3rd round then become NT champions. SF rated "A-" with pitful in IS... do I need to continue?
Very balanced, very fair.
Best system ever.

The problem is, to make it fair, either every league has to have one of those super stud prospects every single season, or no league can ever have one. There's simply no way to have maybe 20 elite prospects spread out over the number of leagues that there are in BB that's equitable. But of course, if every league has one of those elite prospects, then the people tanking to get that pick will be even more rewarded and that behaviour will be even more encouraged. And nobody else will even need to worry about the draft, because with the number of elite prospects being drafted, nobody would be willing to settle for a 3.5k MVP when the TL is flooded with 4.5k HOF guys.

Sure, I can agree on this part. And I'm not against some randomness at all. But this is just one (minor) aspect of the draft, all the rest is what it is...
Don't blame people if they don't spend money on the draft, I'd like to see some numbers on this point from BBs: what's the avg money spent on the draft? Back when I was in V league, I saw probably the highest avg spent on scouts in my BB-life (around 8-9k). And that is because the V leave in Italy is the bottom - i.e. full of tankers. Last season in III people were spending below 4k, in IV league where I'm now 1.5k (and I'm the one spending 10k :D :D). Since a friend of mine 2 seasons ago spent 20k/week and got potentials 6,6,5 I can't blame him for not spending anything anymore (and a bot behind him drafted an MVP :D - best system ever).

I would be glad to spend money on it but only if then I can have something of concrete otherwise it's like bet in a lottery.

What is balance? There is no balance when the proportion isn't 1/1. There are a lot of users trying to get valuable players and a very few of those players on the world drafts.

In the long term it's balanced and fair. Check the same league for 25 consecutive seasons, there will be good and bad drafts.
I can guarantee you that users who get lower picks and invest heavy money in scouts, usually tend to get the better players. Of course it's not a rule and luck is important, but I can't see anything bad in that.

So in a managerial game you don't see how bad is to have luck > skill?
Because that's what I'm saying, draft is more luck then skills, unless you spend 40k/week. And even in this case, luck has fairly big role.
I agree that on the long term everything is balanced, I have no doubt, but I can't fail for 2-3-4 seasons and think "oh wait, in season 35 I'll have everything straight".

If you're having draft problems I feel bad for you son, I've got 99 problems but a draft ain't one.

I don't get what the OP is complaining about here. Witness went 0-22, presumably tanking, and got the first overall pick. There's a good chance that the manager also invested a large number of scouting points to ensure that he got the best player. The whole point of the draft is that there are no guarantees; only ways to increase your chances. In this case it paid off for Witness.
