Thanks! Wish I could have played my starters and made it a really contest but oh well that's how it goes. Congrats to the Bulls for the cup win!

Thank you thank you.
This achievement is really a testament to Burlington Estates Arms, the only team to ever beat me in Cup play.

It's nice to have my scrubs beaten by the eventual cup champion ;)

do you make decent money in the cup runs?
I would say so. This year was kind of abnormal, because 9 out of my 12 Cup game were at home. I would say I earned an average of 140K per home cup game (just a guess) so:
9 * 140 = 1.26mil (equal to the buying price of one of my starters)
and my other 3 Cup games maybe added up to around 300K. So close to 1.5mil.
However, if you look at my league games, I lost some real close ones that I probably would have won had I not rested/focused for the Cup. So I guess that must be taken into account.
The money is nice, but I just like having three competitive games every week (4 actually with a decent PL).

I know my teams nowhere near your caliber as I've only a few god players, but I've been debating trying for a good cup run next season. I'll most likely be promoted into the lower table of D.III. I just don't know if I would prefer to try for two promotions in two seasons or for a more profitable cup run and than promotion the following season.

I'm not sure you can look at it that way. Each week I would address differently. It depended on how important the league games were that week.
I wouldn't put all your eggs in the Cup basket, because more than likely you'll have to beat a few NBBA teams along the way.

Just to clarify, that's $1.2M total from the 3 TV games.
