I've been playing BB since 2 months, and I got only once the financial help to new users. I didn't report it until now because I though it was normal as long as you have no financial difficulties. But 2 friends who joined the game, after me, got it (4 times for one of them).

I checked my financial history but I didn't see anything. So I would like to know if it's normal or if there is a bug.

There were 4 new team bonuses, they are just not visible since there have been many other transactions in the meantime. No bug in this case.
