Don't see why i should be discussed before implemented let BB's do it and then (after season i guess) lets discuss - did they good or not

BB's does not set any limits they just announce that they will do some changes at that area so my thought was to discuss which limits will be fair enough for every division.The main reason to discuss it is to prevent any unfair high or low limits...Thanks a lot!!
