Yeah that is definitely an issue. Then perhaps if a team has a cup game then the scrimmage minutes do not count towards GS but if a team is out of the cup then scrimmage minutes count towards GS.
There needs to be a way for a team to have some ability to train and compete on same level. Tanking teams may be opting to train 2-3 guys for the future while contending teams are limited to one training.
I find training a player to be one of the funnest parts of this game but it terrible that it must eventually be given up in order to compete at the highest levels.
