Max ticket prices are surely not a smart idea right away. You should find the best arena size/ticket price ratio by hit and miss. Once you get there, the attendance will normalize too.

Interesting, thanks for the response. I kind of understand it for my lower tier, but for the court side seats I am not that much higher and I am not even selling those out.

The same answer applies - you need to find the right balance - maxing out the prices right away is not a way to go.
