So pretty much you want to make training ridiculously easy? I hate this idea. You can already have 3 trainees trained really with one trainer. If you had 3 trainers you could just train 9 players for however long and everyone would have monster teams. One trainer is plenty.

Umm three now seems much for me too,what about this?

One trainer and one trainer assistant(capable of giving training half of real trainer)

Edit: So giving stamina,game shape and free throw becomes easier while you have focusing training your drafts.

I like this this idea as long as the assistant is only used for team training purposes. I like the fact of having only one trainer for all other skills. As previously mentioned, you don't want training to become extremely easy.

Here's what I think about this. You can have TWO trainers, not three. One trainer works with the entire team, just like usual, but the second trainer can work with one or two players on one specific skill. Here's an example: say you set your training regime for the main trainer to be inside shooting, however, your C and one of the PFs doesn't need any more IS training so you set up the second trainer to work with them on Rebounding in which discipline they are both poor. The C and PF get only Rebounding training, just as though you set R for the main training regime, but the rest of the team (note: NOT including the C and PF) get training in IS. That way you can't train players in two disciplines at one time and you don't get the bonus in skills. Most of your team gets one type of training from the main trainer, but the one or two players who need something else get it without getting the training from the main group. How does this sound? Its a bit of a compromise, so let me know what you think.
