To be honest, if you are trying for a month and not find someone, you are maybe too cheap if you are aiming for level 4 or 5.Long time I didn't follow the market for level 5, but finding a level 4 is really not difficult and not expensive either. I paid 50.000$ for a less than 14.000$ salary few weeks ago. 50.000$ is a sum, but not that big knowing that the guy will stay some months before thinking to possibly replace him.
