Inside D up to 6 Passing up to 5 (Assuming you want to make him a SF). His two biggest holes are Passing and ID, but besides that he looks pretty solid. He could be a pretty nice looking SF if you fill in those two holes.

Looks like you are doing some one-on-one training, continue doing that. I would get some passing training in soon though as that atrocious passing is a huge liability, maybe up to the 5-7 range. I would work on one-on-one training and get him some defensive bumps along the way.

What are you looking for? He would be a solid PF candidate, but needs a lot of work on inside defense.

That player is a Power Forward...MVP means u got time to develop him.
Start raising his outside skills like your doing, 1 on 1 and Passing like they said, and then you should spend some time on the Inside D
