I definitely think you need to throw some Passing in there, maybe to 7/8 for now. I'd also suggest sticking to your idea of ID for a while as i love my SF defensive ready, but that JS needs a lot of work mate!

PA trains fast on everyone, so it should pop quickly. Along with that, their height is in the middle of the road, I would also train IS/ID. Everything else I would suggest, you have already stated that you will train it.

Just wondering,
Choice 1: Train him OD and ID on alternative week basis (i.e. OD first week, ID second week, OD third week ... and so on this season and next season ) vs
Choice 2: Train him OD this season, then train him ID next season
Do the above two choices have any difference at all?
Thanks in advance

I don't believe either choices differs. You will receive the same training points and elastic on other skills whether you train OD/ID each week or for the whole season. I'd prefer to train one for the whole season myself, just because training OD for a season will usually wield 2 maybe 3 ID pops from elastic effect depending on their ID. Also training OD then ID alternatively would mean your guy would be popping in both stats pretty slowly over the course of the season which doesn't sound like much fun to me.

But overall i wouldn't say either is worse than the other, its a choice of personal preference.
