It's a bit hidden in the sentence, at least for my english: 10$ for every users? so also supporters have to pay more?

The feature will be available to both Supporters and non-Supporters for $10 per year.
So everyone who wants to get a second team in Utopia league has to pay $10 (or what is the analogy in every country). Still a user who is currently Supporter will also get a Supporter package for his second team in the ''Utopia'' league for free.
i hoped in a coma and in a mystical deletion of "both" word^^
Sincerely, this is a strange economic behaviour.
A supporter who pays completely the package, give to BB 39$
A 2nd team buyer give to BB 10$ and receive a 2nd team... and, watch out, if he's supporter, he hasn't to buy supporting package for 2nd team. (ironic sentence)
isn't better, for example, the exactly opposite, so 2nd team for free for supporters and 10$ for 2nd supporting package or a discount (like 5$) for people who're just supporters?
i remember the initial poll started with a "only for supporters" idea, now it became an "Egalitè" idea....
