i received the below, but have never trained players before, so what do you suggest i start doing with these guys and what trainer level do i need please?

Both are decent trainees. Training your own draftees is always better.

1st guy is better now but 2nd will be better long term. I would get a level 4 trainer (for less then $20k per week) and focus on training Pressure (OD) for a bit. To do this make sure they both play 48 mins at PG each week.

When they 2nd one hits 10 OD I would swap to passing till both are at least 10. That will keep you going more then the coming season. Then look at what you need then.
