I like the first part.

The second bothers me a bit.

These very good teams who work their way up are going to be shown up by lower countries because other managerrs are the work.

I would have an equal amount of players for each country

I'm sorry my grammar was bad.
Pakistan has one manager.
One manager drafts.
There should be managers who only draft Pakistan players but the same amount of players who get american players.
So that U.S.A. doesn't fall away because teams like Pakistan has 30 utopia D1 managers on their first team working for them.


Or, we could create new nations without teams for example; Mongolia, Greenland, Laos, Bangladesh, Nicaragua...

I doubt there will be enough draftees from one country to have a drastic effect. The draft will still be random so there is a chance America could get the 18 year old HOF and Pakistan get 3 bench warmers. It will be the luck of the draw.

I like the idea but something bothers me.

As we know if you have domestic players that means you will have more merchandising income. So if will draft players from other nations in Utopia, then that means we cannot have local players to raise our income. So what will be done about this?

I don't think it will make an impact on it. They could still apply the bonus to drafted players by looking at if they have been transferred before. Playing for a national team will bring in the usual bonus and the two combined will probably cover the merch income.

My concern is not only the drafted players but also the the players wo will be bought. They can do what you have said about the drafted players but what about buying local players? there will be no utopian players and that bonus will be gone. that is sad. If that problem is solved, I support the idea of drafting players belonging to random countries.
