Hey everyone! I thought I'd run again for the USA U21 NT coaching job. If you do not know me, I am E.B.W. and I was the manager of the USA U21 NT for the last two season. I have been on BB since season 18 and active on the USA offsite since season 23. This last term for me I think went pretty well and I got a a lot of support, so thank you for everyone who voted for me last election, and to those of you who voted against me, but still helped me out and discussed tactics on the offsite and made it a very strategic but delightful environment.

Why you should vote for me: Well I could go with the simple answer, (We won Gold at Continentals and Worlds), but I think I'll go more into depth. I have a very good feel for how the U21 NT works and have been very involved with it for the past 3 seasons. I would like to think I am very personable and easy to work with, as well as the fact that my desire to win is as high as ever. I am very committed to this team, and am once again making the U21 NT a top priority.

At the moment I am training two promising U21 NT prospects (Arthur Lilly), who I just picked up and Kim Traylor, who I have had for awhile. I took the liberty of picking up Arthur Lilly (a 20 year old 7'5" MVP Center) with my Utopia team as well as a level 6 trainer, because I believe positive enforcement to train players for the U21 NT should start at the top with the manager. That is why I am training a Big and a Guard for s29 Worlds. It would be very silly of me to force other managers to make this U21 NT a goal for their players, If the manager of the team, is not also helping out.

You lost 3 times though last season at Worlds... Yes we did, however I would like to give you a full summary as to why each loss happened in case you are not on the offsite and have not been following the U21 NT.

Our first loss came against the Over powered Italy (84-86). We played perfect tactics, guessed with the GDP correctly and ended up only losing to the undefeated Italians by two. We then saw them in the Semifinals however and played Inside Iso, got a wrong GDP guess from there, put in more effort, and made a major upset over Italy.

Our second loss came in the following game against Spain. Spain was arguably the 4th best team at Worlds, but Home court advantage gave them a huge lead over many other teams in all of their games. Once again, our tactic choices were perfect (AS we got an incorrect GDP guess from them, playing Base Offense), but home court advantage was too much to overcome and we lost 75-88. We eventually saw Spain in the finals again for the grudge match, injured two of their players, played with stud players all around and beat Spain on their home court for the championship.

Our last loss came against Poland. Poland had a very good GS update and the USA did not, along with this the members on the offsite were making it priority to beat Hungary and China, so Poland wasn't exactly us throwing a game away, but we did not put in extra effort in like we could have to make the game closer and ended up losing by 12.

Ultimately though, these losses all got us to where we needed to be to win Gold at Worlds which hasn't happened since season 19, so I think I am the man for the job. That is all I have. If you have any more questions for me, use the debate thread.

E.B.W.

Hello, yes, this guy has the experience and the accolades which would make him the obvious choice, and yes I've never been out of IV and once sold my entire team to help feed my cocaine habit and because I overpaid on a center because I'm bad with money, and yes I've never actually won anything except for one VI ring which still hangs proudly in my kitchen as a testimony to my will and sacrifice.

I'm not going to try and sway your minds or make you see that I am the better candidate, because I am not and that is exactly why you should pick me. The American dream is to allow for the poor and hungry to have their shot at the big time and to take what they deserve through hard work and dedication, which I will happily do if given the chance. I am the little guy, the underdog, the one with no actual skill-set or knowledge of the game, but I have one thing that everyone can't forget about..

A little thing I call heart which I have in spades. Yes, my friends of America, a vote for me is a vote for the American man, a vote for me is a vote for the guy who has yet to make it big, but will if given the chance. A vote for him is a vote for the same old tired tactics and the same old tired winning.

Aren't we tired of winning?

Lets try something different.

A vote for Vile is a vote for difference, and since when is change a bad thing?
