I think you've got the right idea. Personally, I'd train OD/1v1 on a every-other-week basis, just to keep him well-rounded, then when OD hits 10-11 switch to OD/JS. Nonetheless, great trainee, and you have a good image set. Level 4 trainer, and you're good to go.

I'd wait with training Jump shot, I'd rather train IS first while he's young and it doesn't train that slow. He's got good enough length for a guard to train some IS and some ID too, so he'll be well rounded and much more valuable. He's got superstar potential, so this way you'll make the most of his potential. Later on you can finish his core skills, which is much easier as you don't have to train out of position. Also don't forget to train Passing to a decent level (12 is still great on a SG).
