Well it looks like there is a decently large drop off between your starters and subs, so that may be part of it if you are playing SFDC and are in closish games. Your starters may also have higher stamina so your bench players don't play as long because your starters are better and can play better for longer. None of this is your biggest problem though.

GAME SHAPE! All your guys are in mediocre GS. you will not win many games in IV if you don't learn to get your guys 48-70 minutes a week (Ideally 60-65 in my opinion).

Yeah my bench is pretty rough except for one or two guys. But alright game shape, game shape, game shape.

So there are a few ways you get your bench to play more minutes.

- If your starters stamina is higher, then the starters will be subbed less. So take this into account.
- Gameshape will make your players better, and the coach will only sub players if they think the bench can perform better than a current starter, who's stamina level is affecting his game. (ie: He is tired, get bench player on gives the starter a rest).

- Set your bench guy to two bench positions, such as Sf/SG. He will play more minutes in general.
