What about differences between trainers? I know that there is some kind of efectiveness percentage, but I don't know how it goes. First level trainer is 50% I suppose... Can you tell me the rest please?

The rule of thumb I use is like this:

1 - 50%
2 - 75%
3 - 87,5%
4 - 93,75%
5 - 96,875%

etc, just add half of what you previously added.
