My mistake. I gave the users that bought 3 months Supporter the extra month (as well as the guys that bought 1 year Supporter and Second Team Option package), and not the ones that bought the Second Team Option alone by mistake. I've fixed that now and you should both have your extra month.

I just added a year on my Utopia team since my Supporter was already through next year.
Does that qualify me for a free Utopia month as well?

I tried to renewal my second team via Pay by cash, but I became following message:

Invalid Order

We're sorry. The information passed with you to our site has failed our authentication checks. For your security and proper processing, we validate all orders.

What to do? I don´t have a possibility to renew via Paypal etc.

Utopia and Supporters are two different things.

In the current case, renewing Utopia for a year will grant you a free month of Supporter whether you are Supporter or not. There is no additional free month in Utopia for renewing Supporter options.


Ah, so my Supporter subscription will extend forward one month.
