Tried the mentor thread a couple of times but had no success.

Two of them have really bad OD but my plan if I switch to training a guard was to try and get them in on his perimter based training. So when I say stop training them I more mean stop training the big man spot but trying to work them in to the guard training as well. They all have at least an 8 JS and 7PA but all but one suck at handling, range and driving.

I am in the lower divisions and not expecting these guys to be top tier players though, they weren't the highest skilled prospects to start with but I'd hate to switch over and then find out that I should have invested more time in their primaries.

I didn't get any response.

So what is a normal training plan for a prospect? do you train secondaries first? I understand a bit about the salary changes but I thought my primaries weren't that high and I'd be able to switch over to secondariness once I had my primaries to that point they will be at the end of this season (all between 10-13). The only help I've had was from the u21 nt coach who wanted me to continue training primaries on one of my bigs.

I wasn't asked only to train primaries, just to get his IS and ID up to 13.

Initially my idea had been to train these bigs primaries for 2 season then pick up a guard prospect and try to train the best two bigs secondaries while training my guards primaries.

This comment will probably be deleted within the hour but I'll take my chances..

Seriously dude? It might be that a question of language but your attitude (across the board on these forums) are definitely a reason why people should quit this game rather than engage.

An user without experience asks a real question and your reply basically just pins it 100% on the user doing something wrong. Heard about being helpful or adding constructive criticism?

Ugh
