Welshman in the English league here. In the upcoming draft, if anyone finds decent draftees I wouldn't mind buying one and training him up in my team for the Welsh U21's or even NT. I have experience in training young players, one of My Centres has made appearances for the Eng U21's and another trainee (PF) is very close to making the Eng U21's too. I wouldn't mind training guards either, if he's being sold at a reasonable price.
