I never have, but would you mind sharing your results? I've always wondered too. I actually just moved my PG to SF for 1v1 training but I'll try to remember to re-post here at the end of the season.

If I remember correctly, one fellow austrian almost spent a year to get one inside shot pop. I guess that's very inefficient and I would not bother training a capped guy.

According to some trainers I have in high regard, the training of Stamina and FT's slows also down at a higher age.

Maybe some one who has training it for a while can confirm.

Took him roughly 8 full weeks of training to pop

Now I'm training OD, he had 4 weeks, will probably get 3 more(depending on when the main trainee pops). Who knows, maybe he pops :)
