Try to change your lineup another time, maybe the site is having a bad time. If it continues, you should write in the bugs forum.

I will definitely start to double check my tactics, but it is saved as SFTD and i had players who I didn't even want to play go for the whole game. Hopefully this doesn't happen again, it would not make me happy.
