Hello everybody. I had quite a strange game in the last round. (90885362)

So any ideas how those rating numbers are determined??

The game went into overtime, so all team ratings are higher than they would be normally. I would also guess that his PG has monster passing and that PG is weighted heavily for determining flow, but that is just a guess.

Its clear that my opponents PG had pretty high PA skill, but even if we assume that his PA was around 19-20 and the rest of the team had (8-8-2 that we know for sure and maybe around 5 for the other bench warmer subs), its still too much of a weight in the rating, that itself is also very high and is almost around prominent level. I've had good PGs (and very good supporting cast as well) but still couldnt get to that level of rating. Still remains pretty strange for my how those ratings are calculated. And in contrast i had 4 more passes while the difference in the flow was more than 3 levels. Pretty weird stuff

Other than PG spot, all of my starters had at least 3 more level of PA on all positions. Well, I guess I've got to accept what it is, but still feels iffy about the impact of PG and ratings. When you have more PA skill points overall on your roster and because of one position you end up more than 3 levels lower in flow that doesnt sound fair. Whatsoever, thanks for your replies.

Yes for sure and thats what I'm doing. Since we have feedback in terms of ratings I just found it interesting/strange numbers as I almost knew the skills of my opponent. Well, that is what it is I guess

Hey,
I didn't read all the answers you've got, but I can tell that zone defense improves oponent ofensive flow. And on a slow tempo I guess he used 20+ seconds on each attack to move the ball while your defense was zoned and not pressuring a lot, wich improved it more. But y, his pg must have high passing

Well, I guess thats the lone explanation of that hiugh rating in flow. His pg must have around 18-20 Pa. (by the way, isnt zone defense, especially outside zones, supposed to lock down passing lanes to prevent the opposition from giving a good pass?)

Hmm, thats a good question. When oponent plays like Look Inside with low passing against a 3-2 I know it can cause some TO's. But patience I think its a good option vs a zone defence. At least I'm considering like it would be in reality eheh.
