I think it depends. If you have a guy that is 26-27 and you can find similar builds on the TL, then you should consider selling especially if you can get a 30-31 year old for a cheaper price.

What would you rather do after a several years training and capping your high potential trainee ?

Maybe that kind of question depends on what your ambitions are ? But let's say you have him since the beginning of his career and that you did a lot of secondary training, etc. What should be the best move ? Keep him or sell him ?



if you can afford them -keep:) if not , sell:D i have my second cycle with my own trainees , first attempt- after 8 seasons of training they got to expensive and i had to sell them, now i have done 2nd cycle and again, if i dont promote this season i will sell.

In the end it depends on your goals, because, financialy, its better to sell while they are young

Looking for a replacement on the transfer market is a highly frustrating process. Plus you get the benefit of higher merch.
