Both guys are guards because of their lack of inside skills. You are best off generating PG's on both of these guys i do believe.
In order to get full training, you require 48 minutes at the position that requires training per week. Weeks go friday through thursday, and your games are on saturday and tuesday for your league and thursday scrims/cup for the most part.
I would suggest starting with 1v1 @ FW training (meaning SF/PF) to generate better driving for both. I would then shift into Outside Shootings @ SG (for jump range) if you want to get the 2nd guy into good shape from a SG/SF perspective long term.
I'd think maybe until the allstar break in 1v1, then after 3 weeks of Jr and then OD therafter (Pressure @ PG). In the playoffs run JS @ G or 1v1 @ FW.
