Will be interesting making the Jump from IV.60 to here. Definitely have my work cut out for me and will be looking to make some changes soon.

You guys have nothing to worry about unless you are rebuilding also. I am playing the young guys mostly so their will be plenty of good games I am sure. Thanks for the welcome to the Motley Crew of the Red.

I don't think I'm going to be making wholesale changes just yet. Need to get younger at a couple of positions and need to feel the league out first to see what changes I will have to make to be successful here. I'm sure there will be some growing pains for sure but look forward to the challenge.

looking to once again compete though it will be tough to contend. And you know what, I am quite ok with that.

Welcome to all the new comers, to another season. My kitties have basically the same plan as last season, continue to improve the team, while hoping I do well enough to avoid relegation.
My money is on Cal to claim the title this time - although that conference will be another dog fight.

Thanks homercat for the welcome. I know we won't be able to compete here, just hoping to stockpile some cash and try to improve my roster.

Well I haven't scouted any teams because my main goal isn't winning a championship this year. However, Cal does have a strong team for the blue. Yet, I am going to wait until I see how things unfold before I start giving my front runner for winning it all this year.

The stupid randomizer screwed us again. Literally every team in the Big 8 is ranked higher than every team in the Great 8. A year after every Big 8 team had a positive point differential after interleague last season. So dumb...

I am coming down with a cold, the water main up the street broke, and my place is so drafty that I am relegated to the living room as that is the one room that I can keep somewhat consistently warm, but hey it's opening night so it's all good, then again Cal thumps me like a watermelon at the state fair.

Yes the big blue does look stronger than club red. But there is not a clear cut favorite on either side. Opening week is always a hard week to judge how things will shake out. At the end of the day however once spring comes someone will move up, and some will be moving down. Who can stay healthy, who might see players mature in front of their eyes, who can win on the road? These are the questions that will determine the final outcome.
