First of all, the difference of 10 extra trainings per 10 seasons is between lvl.4 and lvl.6 trainer, 5 trainings for each level separately.

Secondly, 10 trainings throughout the period lead to by far less than 10 pops. In fact, only at the ages 18 and 19 and only with specific trainings, such as 1 on 1 there is more or less 1 pop/week rate. The overall average rate is about a pop in 3 weeks or even less. So after spending about 10M on lvl 6 trainers for 10 seasons, the overall product gives you a player with just 3 TSP more than the same one trained by lvl. 4 trainers. Sure one can get even better player for this amount of money

I can

There is no way that 3 extra pops of any player are worth 10M. I asume that many users (like myself till today) are not aware of the real impact of coach upgrade and spend their hardly-earned money improperly (if the above reflects the reality or close to it, of course). Just wanted to bring this issue to discussion.

All of my money is hardly earned

I once had a team with 1757 players and was $25,835,360 in debt. This is not that team. Join the Discord group open to anyone, but especially for USA managers to improve your club or get involved with the U21 and NT programs (https://discord.gg/cKpNkt2).

People that buy level 6 or 7 trainers don't care about their money that much. They care about training the best players for them or their National Team. Even though I have trained NT players I mostly used level 4 and 5 trainers.(Level 5 when the trainees were younger) I care about my money :D You can train 140+ TSP players even with level 4 trainer if you train until 29-30 years old and the starting skills of the player are nice. But you could make him 150 TSP if you trained with level 6-7 trainer.

If the difference between 4 level and 6 level trainer was the outcome of TSP 150 vs 140, I'd understand the effort. The problem is that it should be 143-144 vs 140

I always used to use lvl 5 trainer.
But keep in mind that you can train 3-6 trainees simultaneosuly.
So, the so said 3% gain is multiplied by numbers of players.
