Fixed that for you (removed the match). Usually, it's best to set the lineup of one of the matches to be empty or almost empty, I case I don't get to fix the problem on time.

I've seen this happen a couple times here. Is there any reason it happens? Someone accepts a request the same time you accept a different request?
