The type of games also affects that. FE friendlies have a lower impact than normal season games or Play off games.

Wouldn't everyone's experience be the same at creation and therefore no sub-levels. Everyone is drafted at the same time and has not played any games.

They must have played basketball before the draft. Otherwise what have your scouts seen to produce a report? You might expect or with that the levels were more similar to each other but I don't think its against reality to have differences.

Can someone help confirm @kostas14's reasons that friendly scrimmages have a lower boost on experience than regular season / cup games?

That's sth. I've never heard before.. thanks!

Does the num.minutes count or just the num.games then? I would say playing one game for 40 minutes would give you more experience than sub at two games with 12 minutes each, but not sure if that is how BB engine works..
