I noticed that a lot of teams in B3 have different area size, although their size are usually similar, but seems like more people build like 20k bleachers and 2k lower tier instead of something like 18k bleachers and 4k lower tier. Is it just personal preference or is there some sort of strategic planning in the seat ratio?
