I mean he did say only one of these players per roster. To me that makes perfect sense, I like the idea but adding on, maybe you'd have to acquire the player within the first season of him being drafted. So then if you trained 18 or 19 year olds which you picked up from the TL, you could naturalize your favorite.

2x NBBA Champion: S55, S56. 3x USA Cup Champion: S54, S55, S56. WR for longest home streak ever at 11 in Season 47.

That’s good stuff too!

Need to be from teenage years is a nice additional restriction.

One allowed per team.
One (or none?) allowed per national team...
To be acquired in teenage years
Must be on team for 7-8 consecutive years

I like the idear of changing nationality once in x number of seasons per team with some basic grond rules that the player needs to be a teenager and x amound of seasons part of your team..

More fun as manager, more chance for small countries to compete..

I think the whole idea is the ability for a club to naturalize a player once it played X number of seasons in the club. This player would also be able to play in the NT of that country, but the NT shouldn't be able to have more than 1 naturalized player in its roster. If implemented this way, I like this idea.
But definitely not when it involves naturalizing the player right after the draft, or customizing the appearance of the player.

Then he cannot play for the other NT. Same as FIBA rules. Maybe if the player only played for u21, then he would still eligible to play in other country's NT. But that's a big maybe.
