That's not happening only to you, a lot of teams suffer from injuries during playoffs but the exact same thing happens in real life and the assailant gets ejected only if he has 2 flagrants so why would bb change that?
I know its not fair for you to lose one of your best players in such an important game but ejecting the person who commited the flagrant would make this part of the game unrealistic. Luck is involved in some parts of this game(injuries, draft and in game you sometimes miss shots you should have made according to pp100) if you rly like BB all you have to do is learn living with it.

Here at BB that might work. Basing the DQ soley on injury status has all kinds of potential for a scam in real life. Let's say a bench player is fouled by a key starter; wouldn't it be tempting to fake a severe injury and take the bench player out of the game, just to get the key player removed. If that were to happen, key players would stop playing hard on defense. It's best left to the official's discretion.

NBA players are DQ'd for Flagrant 2 fouls, whether or not the fouled player has to leave the game. I have not seen that here, but it might not be a bad addition, only if the other fouled player has to leave the game.

BB should change it so that if you commit a foul you can also get injured (i.e. not just the player receiving the foul). That is just common sense.

Assessing a flagrant 2 for violent fouls that result in injuries could also work.

Getting injured after commiting a foul is happening sometimes, but in BB it would be another disadvantage for aggressive players.

About assessing a flagrant 2 for violent (unnecessary and excessive contact as it is ruled in NBA) fouls , it should happen rarely and not in every injury.

Anyways, I dont think that Marin is capable of implementing any of these so...

Agree. It should not happen on every injury.

If you can shoot free throws from the bench, there is no reason injuries should not occur there too
