Personally I'd sell him. His age and abilities make him a very valuable player, but his potential makes him a poor choice to train.

You should be able to upgrade to a better center by selling him, it's a waste to not train such a young player and you'll lose a considerable amount of value as he ages if you don't train.

You could train him into a forward alongside your guards. Mediocre isn't that bad of a starting place for JS. Whenever you are training shooting, use him as as a guard in the scrimmage.

Hmm, if I would keep him I would use him as a Center, because I'm in need of a good center.Let's ask the question differently.

For how much do you think I can sell him?

500k? are you sure... i suppose with 25,000 users you've always got a chance of finding somebody that hasnt read all the new rule changes about potential...

i reading it again, and what are they saying the rules? The potential is good to see, and if you don't know it looks even harder(because without rules you think he can't play).

But you could hope for somebody who says, the potential hasn't so big influence.

well he is 18, and I'm prety sure even a role player will get to about 10k salary before reaching his cap, so he still is trainable, not just that long, but if you train this guy up to 9k or 10k wage, he'll be a very decent guy to play in many teams, so even though he can not be trained further efficiently, he will be a good player for teams that train other positions, so he could fetch a decent amount of money when sold...
