I'd say player B. Also, watch out for players with high driving and low inside shot, because that will just lead to a lot of missed shots. Handling on a inside player does not really add to salary so it cuts down on turnovers for free. Handling on G's raises salary and adds to flow while cutting down on turnovers but might not necessarily be worth it. Like anything, it is about balance and you are right to question the TSP of these players but there is not a cut and dried answer.

You are going to find your most consistent guards will have very solid ratings in HA/DR because it is such a common focus in early training because it helps with not just OD but IS and even a little with JS and RB. Also I think a player with high HA/DR will produce better opportunities. Too much JS/JR without it makes the player much much less effective.
