Altough every issue you pointed out is true and damaging for the players I dont' see the community agreeing with you in this one because a lot of players abuse this.

Altought what do you propose for utopia? Not buying players that are non utopian? That would kill the utopian teams and drive more profit away from buzzerbeater on the long term

It is a valid issue but with virtually no solution possible, you just have to try your best, IMHO

Most solutions would require something that is probably unthinkable - such as extra effort in monitoring teams transfer list bidding and buy/sell history.
Lower effort way could be semi-randomly generated players inserted into the tl for the separate utopia market so it would have life.

"Hey buddy, want me to help you get few hundred extra k/mil every few seasons by bidding on your high potential rookie? "

This is the thing, according to you and your tool "there's no clear uptick leading to think there is cheating", meanwhile when draftees get released you try to bid on the best or most promising youngsters and you have loads of utopian teams war bidding these players 2x/3x their real value.

Yeah, such scenarios are the worst. Bidding against Utopian teams that don't give the smallest amount of F-s as it doesn't affect their main team
And it is by far the worst if it's only other Utopian teams competiting in the bidding war with a main team player

I've reported some teams and NONE, NOT A SINGLE ONE OF THEM GOT BANNED. I've reported blatant money transfer and somehow the teams that cheated are still playing. I'll repeat again, BB transfer abuse tool is almost useless as it does not detect clear bidding wars in order to artificially increase the value of players by utopian teams. I lost count of how many players I lost in bid wars against utopian teams, EVEN when I overpayed they could still outbid me because these teams do not care and they will bid more than you any team.

This clearly ruins the market for free users and normal users that do not have enough money to overbid on players.
It's impossible to get a decent 53/54 TSP 18y/o MvP atleast after the draft because you have these guys bidding 1 million more on these players and after 2/3 weeks these players are getting sold for 300/400k max, but they already lost 2 to 3 weeks of progress which is very hurtful if you have a proper plan or are aiming to train a player for the u21 and NT.

Don't believe me your tool is useless? This user I reported god knows how many times is still active and playing.

Explain to me like I'm dumb how a team that did not make any transfer ever, bought 2 players for $2M as their first 2 transfers.

Then this team not only sells a $2M player for $1M only 1 season after buying the player, but also goes bot and didn't even train the players

So this team tanked, made money, transfered the money to team autistID, 1 season and a little bit after transferring the money, not training players this team goes out of existence.

Is this not obvious cheating? lol.

Justin, thank you so much for your reply and constant help in the questions that users have, I cannot stress enough that I think you're the main force thats driving its game out of its slow death and somehow mantaining hope between the users, with that said

If so could you explain what penalty there was?

How come the team that benefitted and got free $4M due to cheating, is still active?

Either
A) As stated before the tool that you use for detecting cheating, is simply put, ineffective
B) The reviewing team who oversees these reports is not qualified enough

I could understand though if this was the first rule break of this account and you gave this user a $5M penalty, but if this team is still active when you clearly state that all teams caught in cheating will be banned I do not know what else to say and this certainly will pass a good impression to other users.

Yes you are clearly wrong, this discussion started with you stating that the cheating tool detects this type of cheating, to which I replied with a clear example of how it does not.
