hope not otherwise my trainees are never going to impove a skill again.

how many positions are you training, how many minitues has he played in trained positions since his last pop?

I usallytrain 2 positions (always SG because I have 3 players on that position who are worth to get trained)
30% PG/SG
70% SG/SF

He ALWAYS has over 48 mins - often over 60/70 mins.
Hopefully JR pops next week otherwise I think I'll have to switch training because I dont want to lose another trainingday..

You're right - maybe I used the wrong words.

I know that he improves every training( maybe 0.33* or something like that depending on his age/positions trained and so on until he reaches 1.0) but after 3 weeks of training he should pop if his max potential isnt reached shouldnt he?

he isnt that old (21)
