Second Team:
Sunderland Boilermakers
I voted others, specifically thinking of the extra staff introduced a few seasons ago.

Extra money from the BBM games may offset that a little even though it doesn't seem like a lot per team. It is a ton of games though.

You can replace the option others with exhaustion.

This change hit the demand of players with over 200k salary.

In general the prices of most of the players have decreased. Except some good low salary players.

Rare goods are valuable.
Readily available goods become worthless.
The faster training, the less valuable each increase in skill is.
In the old days, every skill was very valuable
Today they can have a negative value because they increase players salaries too much.
By speeding up, attempts were made to do good to those who train a lot and well.
Today, the value of skilled players has been eaten by "training inflation"
In the past, training was more profitable because it was more difficult
