Some of those numbers were from Rhyminsimon's Training Simulator, but only for the 6'0" and 7'6" ones... For the other heights, I believe he interpolated them from the given data...

So we should be expecting taller players to pop in DR faster than shorter players for 1v1 guards and forwards?

I'm still using the ones in Coach Parrot where all heights have the same training rate for One-on-one training.

Rhyminsimon's training simulator was created using crowd-sourced data, so it should also be reliable. Can't claim which one is more accurate because I haven't used this simulator that much...
