Actually a great training facility
9-10 for lower division teams (and training) because noone has stamina.

7-8 if you have stamina maxed

It is always depends on your plans/strategy/vision!

Depends If you're growing any youths, also every league is different - in one country 3 div can be easy winnable with 4-5 good players for that div in another you might need 5-6 good players in rotation - If we talk about top leagues it's usually 7-8 players at similar level is expected to win games and be at the top in tables.

Do you feel like stamina is the only bar to being in the rotation, or do they need defense/handling/scoring for you to trust them?

I feel like i have "weight" for skills by position. My backups are not defense-only players, they're pretty much a worse version of a starter.

For example I value OD and ID on SF a lot (od>id). If my starter has 15od 12id, I'll try to have his backup with 12-13 od and 9-10 id.

Are you asking ideally or regarding our current rosters ?

You can really vote in either way. For the poll I was looking for what is the deepest team you ever felt comfortable running?
