The “BB Helpful Links” thread higher up in the Help forum here has the URL link for Buzzer Manager, a website that you can use for salary estimation among many other helpful tools. It will ask you to sign in on buzzer manager to use those tools.
To create the necessary “access key” for Buzzer Manager, go to the “preferences” option on the sidebar and click “Create/Change Access Key”. I strongly recommend not making your access key the same as your BB password.
