I just had an idea after another critical injury happening in B3 final. Big injuries like this decide the important games way too often. If this was a realistic scenario, an injured star player would go to the dressing room for one quarter or so, the medical staff would give them any drugs/painkillers/other secret methods to help them return to the game as soon as possible. Of course, in less important games it's smarter to play it safe and not risk a bigger injury but when the season and titles are on the line, only the worst of the worst injuries are keeping the star players off the court. There's no way Giannis or Lebron or Curry or any other star player wouldn't play through the injury in the NBA Playoffs. So, I would think it would be quite realistic to increase the chance of taping injuries happening in games where Playoff enthusiasm is used or alternatively in all games when Crunch Time is used. Maybe this way not as many important games would be decided completely because of injuries. For me this would make a lot of sense and probably would be quite simple fix in the game engine but what do you think?
