Yeah, I also have a draft-related, but more basic question. The Manual tells us that the "Grade rating" column is a measure of the player's current skills. So then what is the "Star rating" column indicating? Isn't it related to the current skills of the player? What is the difference between Grade rating and Star rating?

Star rating reflects the salary of the player and each one has 3 sub levels e.g. 5 star has A+, A and A-, 4 Star has B+, B, B- etc. Salary is an indicator but not a direct correlation to skills, e.g. 8-8-8-8 inside skills will have A+ even with all other skills at 1.

Depends on the star rating and what their stats show, but I would choose the 19yo with 5* potential always.
