Therefore, and here it comes, my proposal is to modify the league structure so that under each LIII there are no more than two LIV leagues and in this way the number of active players will be greater, the possibility of promotion is multiplied by 2 (2 promotion places per league instead of 1 currently).
May I ask a question: For the league in division IV, are there also 16 teams?

In the past, I posted a suggestion that is somewhat relevant to this thread.
The title of the post is "Decrease the number of 'inactive' teams in the 'fresh' team league".
(322623.1)

In another thread (319749.2), Plan A2 and Plan D are somewhat similar to "More vertical leagues" in that they all involve adding a division, but their purposes are somewhat different.

* Forums are a bit dead these days, most BB discussion happens on Discord. There is a global BB server and I would guess a Spanish one has been set up by users in your country, you may find those of interest.

* For the first two seasons when you start you are in a "newbie" league with other new teams. Either you promote, or after the two seasons you will be moved sideways to a "normal" IV league. This IV league will have teams who have been playing longer, have more established arenas, more active and so on.

If you have also 16 teams.

Thank you for your contribution. Interesting proposal.

Thank you so much.

This information is very important and I have missed reading it in the manuals.
I think it should be more visible to new players because if they don't know it they could make very wrong decisions.

More or less.
I know that if I click the link to my league I can see it.
Then on that page I click on the link for my country and I can see the first leagues for it.
Then if I click on the See the complete list of leagues link it also shows me leagues III and IV, which is where I am located now and up to V.
At this point they should validate my B1 in criminalistics research.
If I click on another IV league, for example, I see 12... Well, if I enter each of the teams and I enter 4 different pages for each one, I can see their world and country classification, the capacity of their stadium, the salary of his players and the time at which the manager went to bed tonight.
Here a bachelor's degree is already upon us.
After all this I see that in my ESP IV-58 league the maximum salary is 80k and the average is 40k and by making an effort in my team I can reach the middle of the table.
Then I see that the ESP IV-12 league the minimum salary is 120K and the maximum is about 280K and then I discover how miserable I am and I cry and cry and cry.

If anyone wonders why new users don't stay in the game for long, maybe they'll find a clue here. But I'll leave that to a better detective than me.

P.D.: Sorry, I just realized that the question was not for me.

Of course I know. XD
I'm wondering why his/her proposal could lead to an increase in the number of active players.
I originally thought the proposal was to merge two leagues into 32 teams, but it seems that's not the case.

Based on my experience, in division III, teams with good records can have player salaries of around 200~250k with their net income balanced.
280K in Division IV is quite scary.

This is one of the reasons BB introduce team consolidation in S58.
In the news titled "Mid-season announcement: Team consolidation for all leagues!" it mentions:
Fresh and newly signed up teams will be placed in leagues populated only by bots or other such teams - to make sure they don't get overwhelmed right off the bat.

If newbies do not receive that information in the tutorial or in the rules, it is very difficult for them to find it in a news story from almost two years ago. I did it by chance and after a fellow member of the forum opened my eyes about it.
Perhaps the consolidation of leagues was done with good intentions, but it is possible that it is having the opposite effect than intended. I can be wrong
