Hello Everyone,

The last 4 seasons as the National Team coach for Hayastan have been challenging with many highs and lows.
Hayastan National Team has a handful of great players who are continuously being trained and developing skills, however, there are several others out there who have been stagnant. I have done my due diligence to reach out to other managers and encourage them in training our National Team players, but there is only so much that can be done.

In my time as the NT manager I have scouted relentlessly and kept track of players skills and their development season to season. Players that are borderline on the National Team have been dropped and replaced by younger players that are developing better and faster. This is a method I will continue to use to encourage managers to continue training the youth.

Once again, I will be tossing my name in the race for the National Team manager position. Although the last 4 seasons have not been great, I would like the opportunity to continue building relationships with managers to ensure our players get the development they require.

Your vote is appreciated.

Thank you,
Narek

Hello Narek,

Thank you for your dedication over the past four seasons. However, I believe our National Team deserves a coach who can do more with less. The lack of wins in the last two seasons is concerning and suggests that a new approach might be needed.

I respect your efforts, but I think it's time for fresh strategies to bring better results for our team.

Best regards, Sertor.

It’s a shame that no one participates in the debate. It seems that managers show up just to try their luck, but they have no desire to contribute anything. In the end, if you want to be an NT manager, you have to give your best because you’re going to represent a community.
If I am elected, there won't be a substantial change in the selected players; there might be a few, but the top players remain the same. However, given how low we are in the world rankings, we need to try to overhaul our playing style and better analyze our opponents to pull off some surprises. As I always say, we have to do more with less. That's what this game is about.

The new coach must be able to work with team enthusiasm :-B Even with the current composition, we can win.

Too serious mistakes, we did not have enough enthusiasm to defeat equal commands.

Thanks Fairkater for your appreciation.
We won't be able to waste our enthusiasm against superior teams. Only when it can really be decisive.
My first objective is, with better management, to win some official matches to climb a little in the world ranking.
And the second objective, in the long term and with continuous contact with the managers, is to try to improve the level of the team.
